Toyota you Suck

I’m most upset by Toyota. We paid our normal payment on the 15 December. On the 21 December I told them I would be paying R39000 to cover 6 months premiums which would take us to the 15 June. Yesterday they have tried to take a payment twice when we are in credit. Our bank is going to charge us as the debits obviously bounced as we know that no more debits are going off. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’m die to pay more monies over to stretch is for further months but how do I do this if toyota is going to just take random debits!
