Toyota refusing to cancel my insurance

I took up insurance in 2018 when I collected my vehicles from Toyota in Arcadia, Pretoria.

I have decided to cancel the insurance because this is the insurance for personal use and my vehicles are currently used for business, Shuttles services to be precise. I took up a commercial insurance effective from 1 August 2019 and requested Toyota to kindly cancel their insurance, which is for personal use. They initially asked me to send them proof that I have insurance, which I did but honestly never heard from them anymore.

Because I took up their insurance along with the cars, Toyota combines the insurance amount with the installment amount of the vehicles and this means that since 1 August 2019, I have been paying for 2 insurances, this Toyota one and the other one for business which is budget.

I have tried contacting these people and they are simply blatantly refusing to cancel the insurance without any reasons provided to me. At the moment, their insurance premiums are adding drastically to my areas and at the same time increasing the interest on these areas.

I would like to be assisted with cancellation of this insurance as well as ensuring that the premiums added from 1 August 2019 are reversed or paid back into my vehicle accounts so that they can reduce the areas.
