Toyota - refinance

i contacted Toyota re-finance department on the number ********** 739 as per Email communication they send out with no success, number just ringing,more than once, website not working. i send out a mail on the 3rd of October 2017 with no reply up to date - email on ********** and phoned them, let me hold on for almost 10min, no success,

Toyota sending mails out wrt contract balances for arrangement to be done before contract expires, today 19th of October 2017 i phoned again with no success and forwarded the previously mail send to Toyota re-finance department.

i will not take any responsibility for any dates/deadlines and contracted dates missed due to Toyota not coming back to me, or follow up wrt request.
