TOYOTA IS CATCHING CUSTOMERS OUT

I have been a loyal customer for years and I've been religiously paying the extended service plan I have with TOYOTA. Until recently they failed to debit their monthly premium on the agreed date. Unfortunately by the time they decided to make a debit my account did not have funds. The car is due for service and we were told that our policy has been put on hold therefore we have to pay almost R6000. We tried to call the customer service after being on hold for almost 45min there was finally an answer. The call was cut off after providing the necessary credentials. My husband attempted to call again this time no one answered. We spend almost R200 for a call and was still not assisted. The lady he was talking to did not have the courtesy of calling back, but when they sell you a product they will torment you with endless irritating sales calls. When you need them you get no assistance. The policy is still running because they are still debiting, even this month the debit did go through. If at all the skipped one month payment is the issue here why can't they say so, so that arrangements can be made. Even if that's the case what did they do to make me aware that there is a problem with the policy/payment, and state the consequences thereof. Now they were just waiting to "catch us out" on the day the car is supposed to be serviced. If you can't assist me please cancel my contract with you immediately and cease all the debits. Clearly you no nothing about customer care.
