Toyota insurance ****
Toyota asked me to confirm comprehensive insurance for my financed vehicle and threatened if I don't send it they will add R500 on my instalment. I then sent them my comprehensive policy schedule and they acknowledged that they have received it and thanked me for it. I have both email and sms confirmation. And now they have still added R500 to my instalment. And deducted it from my account!
