Toyota financial services is the pits - worst service ever
Toyota financial services is the pits - worst service ever. To change a debit date is climbing Mt Kilimanjaro for them. It cannot be done online in this day and age! You must do it their way/the highway. It doesn't matter if you are unavailable on phone during the day due to work other issues. They will run faster to ruin your credit record and send you countless e-mails without responding to yours.
What a terrible service.
