Toyota financial services intimidating my family

On the 13 October 2021, I reported a formal complaint here. Toyota financial services promised to provide feedback on the 18 October 2021.

I waited patiently for the report. I haven't receive any response for now.

What's hurting is that Toyota Financial services has now embarked on intimidating my family. They have all my contacts and know where they can find me. They decided to visit my wife at work and intimidated her. Claiming that they want my car. The question is why because I am paying regularly. Where are they taking my money to as I am paying.

Why are they after my family since I reported the case in hellopeter.

I am so disappointed by this institution
