TOYOTA FINANCIAL NO SERVICES

I have a Hire Purchase Agreement with Toyota Financial Services as per account number:***9. Included in the Hire Purchase Agreement is insurance namely Auto and General account number: 1*** 2 as well as Gapp cover with Holland as per account number: ***71. The two insurances are included in the debit order, but I have canceled the insurances with the two companies as well as with Toyota Financial Services via telephone and Email. As I explained to Toyota Financial Services that I took out insurance with Miway as per account number: 6***. I have forwarded proof via Emails on numerous accasions. But iam simply flat out ignored by Toyota Financial Services. They have tried to deduct the full amount from my bank account, but I reversed the full amount. I paid via EFT the Full amount minus the two insurance amounts(Auto and General and Holland). The Miway amount is deducted via debit order. Please do not enter into any Hire Purchase with Toyota Financial Services as their is no after service at all. Iam now handed over to Blake and Associates.

Reviewer Update
I had to get new proof of Cover from Miway and forwarded it to Toyota Financial Services. Now they only want to stop the cover of Hollard Gapp cover 2020-08-13 and not 2020-03-31 as I instructed them to do before 2020-03-31. No answer about Auto and General yet. Stil no service. I will be forced to report them to the ombudsman as there is no service. I will have to refinance with another bank as seemingly this will not be resolved by Toyota Financial Services.
