Toyota Finance's refusal to account to my car registration documents

Toyota Finance is the worst ****tiest service provider i have dealt with in my life. I have paid them in full and requested that they release car registration documents. since March 2019 till now i dont have my documents for they are constantly lying to me about the whereabouts of my documents, shifting blame to the courier service (UTI & SDV) they have deployed, infact both of them are marriage made in hell, with Satan as thier boss. both companies are shifting blame while i suffer their incompetence!!!!!!
