Pathetic Service. Have a contract with them for a year now. They charge interest twice in one month with no explanation. they do not reduce the outstanding capital balance figure by the monthly installment. Multiple credits to the account not reflected on the balance. Call centre is ***********, unable to explain the terms of the agreement or eve understand the service agreement. unable to do simple math. multiple emails sent to the client service account with no response. the promise of escalating the matter was not fulfilled.
