TOYOTA FINANCE AFTERSERVICE IS TERRIBLE

I have app**** for Covid assistance and Toyota finance acknowledged this and sent us the documents to complete which we sent back on the same day. Debit orders did not go off in May so we thought all was updated. However debit orders in June went through double in June. They have not rep**** to numerous emails and One cannot contact them on phone. The service is very back especially during this period when we need help the most. Many of my friends and family have also complained. Very disappointing
