Toyota 86 valve spring recall

Hi,

I am so frustrated with Toyota. The car needed to be sent in for a recall. Its a Toyota 86, the recall is for valve spring replacement. The car was serviced by Toyota , but the last service was not serviced by them. Now Toyota refuses to do the recall. The issue is with the valve springs which is a fault by Toyota. They need to take responsibility and resolve this issue urgently.
