THIS BANK TAKES ADVANTAGE OF NEW CAR OWNERS!!!

The worst car finance bank to ever allow to finance your car, I got involved in an accident and it was a write of, that car was brand new and not older than 4 months, they didn't do transfer of goods from the old car, I forfeited the service plans, I only took my car for service only once, now this replacement car is due for service and no one has answers for me, they keep taking me from pillar to post asking me for documents I do not even know exist, the old and new NATIS with car invoices and all that nonsense, am I even supposed to be involved in all this admin when I kept reporting this since November 2022!!.... they transferred me to a non existent department that drops calls, they do not take calls they are not even afraid of the Ombudsman...I have forfeited the 2 car service plans, I was given a plain car this means my car instalment is for a car I do not have and they even have a wrong car information, I keep correcting them every time they call me
