Thieving New Car Sales Manager - Thekwini Toyota Moore Rd

I was in the market for a GR Yaris and managed to find 1 at Thekwini Toyota Moore Rd. I viewed the car as the dealership closed and was told that I cannot test drive the car. Being a Toyota fanatic I proceeded to sign the OTP but was not allowed an opportunity to read or view the breakdown of what I'm signing for. During the preparation of the car before delivery I requested decals and VPS but was asked to pay a deposit of 40k before they proceeded with any extras. I obligingly paid the amount. Thekwini Toyota Moore Rd mentioned that the car will be ready for delivery by Friday 20th August so I can take delivery of my much anticipated GR. I arrived toward the afternoon of the 20th but the car was not there, they mentioned that my decals are being finalized and will be there shortly. I was called in 20 mins before the dealership can close to sign my finance agreement and while in the finance office the car arrived. Now here's the catch, I did not inspect the car before signing the agreement. When I wanted to inspect the car I was backed into a corner by the finance guy saying that it must be signed, scanned and submitted before 5pm. So being ecstatic and hyped about the car I rushed through, signed the documents to get to the car.

This is when all of the trouble started. I examined the car only to find that the decals are a mess and the VPS is incorrectly installed as well as my front bumper had been removed for the VPS fitment but not aligned correctly. I left the dealership with the car as the new car sales manager Neel Naiker had promised that these defects will be corrected early Saturday morning as well as a copy of my contract and vehicle documents will be given to me. It took around 2 weeks before Thekwini Toyota could send me bits and pieces of my finance agreement, see mail below, and this is when I went through the charges on it;

Delivery cost - R9027: not sure what this is for, sales manager has failed to provide a reason for this charge.

Number plate - R759: I paid a separate amount for license and registration, I was charged an additional amount for number plates.

Smash and grab - R6894: this is standard smash and grab, got market related pricing and the most expensive was R2500

Under seal - R9194: multiple Toyota dealerships inspected the vehicle and verified that there is no under seal installed. I did not ask for this.

Sound system - R23000: no aftermarket sound system or reverse camera had been installed yet this was paid for.

Now these additional charges make no sense to me, the License and registration fee which was R1553 is standard but the additional charges? Smash and grab of almost R7k? On a small car? I've been in contact with Neel Naiker, the branch manager who constantly promises to resolve this false charges but fails to do anything. Now I am from Hartbee****rt which is 700km away from this dealership, I have a GR that's not road legal as the temp plate has expired, I have no license disk or number plates. I haven't even received a gift from Thekwini Toyota upon taking delivery, another **** promise, of the car. I've basically got an ornament in my garage that I've been absurdly over charged for.
