There is a missing link the size of the Titanic in TFS services...

<p>I am so dissapointed to be writing another review about these guys... It is the only way to get them to react because their inhouse systems is a maize of confusion even for themselves. A while ago I had some financial strain but sorted everything out with TFS, paid monthly and made any possible arrangement to ensure that the accouts are up to date. All arrangements accepted with payments etc and everything went well for a while. I had to keep track of all correspondence because by now you now it is bound to go pear shaped with them.</p> <p>Things went so well the past few months up until the point where they start calling again blissfully ******** of the payments made and the arrangements that are in place of which we have kept all payments due up to date as well as that we have been even paying more.</p> <p>It does not help to refer the consultants to check their system because it is a viscious ongoing loop. I feel compelled to change to Standard Bank ASAP.</p>
