I can honestly not understand the logic behind the legal battle that I am facing with TFS. I proved to them that I can sell a vehicle for almost the outstanding settlement but they will not budge. Eg: Toyota offers me R 60 000-00, I decline and sell that same vehicle a week later for R 110 000-00. A potential buyer offers 140 thousand with the settlement at 151 thousand, they decline. Out of 14 vehicles, I had 9 offers ALL REJECTED. TFS wants full settlement or else they auction my property. IS THERE ANY LEGAL ORGANIZATION THAT CAN ASSIST ME to successfully fight these vultures.
