TFS - ************ Methods - Debit a dead person's bank account

In 2015 my mom purchased a Toyota bukkie via Toyota financial services. In November 2019 she had a stroke and was hospitalized for 3 months, after which she passed away on the 30th of March 2020. As a firstborn daughter with the power of attorney (given when she was still alive) have contacted Toyota financial Services and informed them of her passing.

Since then until now (3 months later,) they have not contacted me, I have sent countless emails with the documents they requested, all to no-avail. Instead Toyota Financial Services Continues to debut my mothers account. Surely if she is incapacitated (bed ridden) her contract/ insurance should cater for that. Moreover what type of Financial services company takes money from a dead person bank account, is't even legal?

I am very disappointed with how little integrity, Tiyota has and how they are handling their client's affairs.
