TFS not taking responsibility

last year October i bought my first vehicle from Toyota,i did this through the head office as my sister works for them. I registered my vehicle and paid for it, i then sent them the proof and all the registration documents. I was told I had done the registration wrong and asked to pay a fee in order to correct the error which i did with no issues. A year later I am trying to renew my licence only to be told i have penalties accumulating since i had never initially paid for the registration during the 21 Day grace period. This surprised me and i took it up with the person i dealt with, sent all documentation of proof of payment as well as the document from traffic department showing i had not paid, as well as the mistake Toyota had made in putting my car under the wrong person, only to be told All arrear licensing money etc, is for the account of the owner to pay.TFS is not liable for the costs. My licence has now expired meaning i will have additional penalties while Toyota tells me what they did is not their fault<br>
