TFS making it impossible to talk to a consultant
I have now been listening to the automated message for almost 15 minutes while holding for the operator. My phone bill will suffer and frustration is my primary feeling - all of this because I requested a registration certificate online over 2 weeks ago and have not received it. Now I am trying to find out where this document is. This is terrible service from TFS and a terrible call centre. I am ashamed to be associated with such lousy customer service.
