TFS - DONT USE THEM .... KICK WHEN YOU DOWN

My husband passed away and the car he bought was financed through TFS. Since his passing i have asked them for a settlement figure so I don't have to incur any interests, but the have declined, asking for a letter of executorship. So while i understand a letter is needed, i am not asking for ownership of the vechile, just a settlement so i dont have to pay the interest. But they are so greedy that they refuse to let me pay the car off....

I even posted them on FB with a pathetic response .... and no resoution. So i am here as a last resort...
