Taking money without consent

<p>I purchased a vehicle in October 2016 through Toyota. I also received very attractive insurance quotes from them that made me think it might be best to keep it all with one financial server provider. Vehicle installments went off as clockwork but my insurance never reflected. i spoke to the consultants several times over November, December and then again in January where they said that it will be debited next mont. Then in February they phone we and asks that we can cancel my current insurance and then take out a policy that is not linked to my finance. Sure lets do it. Everything went well untill the 2nd of August when they decided to just reinstate the canceled policy and debit an addition R1500 off my account. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is really unacceptable from a finacial institurtion.... And im still waiting to get my money back</p>
