Suspicious Manual Debit Order
I have had it to here with your service. We paid off a car in full in early December and closed the account. Your team then went on to make a **manual debit order** in late December I do not know why, and since then they have been giving my parents the run-around. I have never seen such terrible service from a finance department. Please pay back our money we owe you nothing!!!
