Streamline Maintenance Plan is *******.

Toyota Financial Services offers a Scratch and Dent plan called Streamline Maintenance. What they promise is a hassle-free and quick process with mobile units that will come to you to carry out the repair. What I actually got was 40 days of aggravation, non-responses, having to make dozens of phone calls and send dozens of emails, and, eventually, the news that next month I will have to leave my car at a body shop for three days. Toyota Financial Services outsource the plan to Motovantage who outsource it to Smart who outsource to Auto Magic. Auto Magic outsources to local body shops if they don't have agents in your town/city. It's astonishing that there are all these companies involved, and yet there is no-one who is prepared to take responsibility for anything. Forty days! How long would it have taken if I hadn't started making phone calls and sending emails? And please, TFS, don't bother replying here and saying you will follow up on this. I was told that plenty of times over the past two weeks and it just doesn't happen.

And, incidentally, I was also only able to organise the repair because of Settler City Toyota, who went out of their way to assist me with contacts and referrals even though this had absolutely nothing to do with them. Settler City Toyota rocks. Toyota Financial Services should ask them for some advice on customer service.

I asked you not to bother posting a reply that you would follow up on this because I knew you wouldn't. Sure enough, you posted a reply saying you would follow up on this. Six days later, you still haven't.
