Shocking service from Toyota Financial Services
Very disappointed with the service I have received from Toyota Financial Services. At the beginning of April I requested a copy of my NATIS papers and paid R800 for them to be delivered to my house with 12 days. To date the 3rd of June, I still have not received them!!! I have escalated my query but no one is getting back to me. I am trying to sell my car and because Toyota service is so bad I have lost my buyer!!! Can someone please get back to me URGENTLY
