Shocking experience

Horrid experience by a so called area manager of the western cape for toyota financial services (andries) He is extremely rude and arrogant, he claims to be the bank and had access to my financial records. He phoned from ********** 303. Could a national manager please contact me back as this is extremely concerning. I tried to log a complaint on the website twice but it comes back as an error.

I would like a copy of the recording on Friday the 13th at 11.05 to my cell and to my work number about ten minutes before that.
