settlement letter

<p>i have requested for a settlement letter and i got a reply. the problem is the reply gives me the balance i am owing not the settlement. i queried this and requested an itemised statement showing me how much capital is left and how is interest.</p> <p> </p> <p>after 48 hrs i got a call from a member of satff saying that is the correct settlement as i am paying part capital and interest. she did not give me what i had requested for. an itemised statement showing me the capital and interest.</p> <p> </p> <p>i am still awaiting today to get that statement as calculated so i can now know the settlement amount.</p>
