Salesperson fooling people into deals

Very disappointed in the person who tried to FOOL me into accepting the credit insurance contact on my new vehicle. How many people will fall into this guy's trap. Told me there was a PROBLEM or MISTAKE with my financing and credit insurance (or something like that) was not added to my account that will run together with my debit order, +- R370. I asked him how this happened that this was missed, He told me something like, the people slipped up or something in that line. He did not sell me something but try to make as if it is compulsory to have it. My experience with TFS was GREAT when doing financing. The issue I have is with this salesperson FOOLING people into a deal to get money into his pocket.
