Contraving of these amendments is not allowed and permissible. Contracts stipulates the duties and obligations of the parties involved and we are bound by these statutes. You pay what is allowed and stipulated by the contract and the guidelines of the ormbits of the agreement. You pay as per the agreement, if ghe stipulated installment is R4700.00 and your account is in good standing you can't pay more than what is allowed in the conclusive agreement. Anything over and above the agreed amount is tantamount to gross misconduct and ********ity. TFS, pls honour your commitment and duty. No ******* gains.
