Poor service and ******* charges

I have been a client for 6 years and bought 2 cars through Wesbank. Recently in Feb I requested a due date change on which the consultant changed the due date to the wrong month and then wesbank charged me 2 installments in 1 month. They then charged me collection fees if R500 for their error evwn though i yold the agent thay I did not authotise the chabge. My installment is just under R6000 per month. I then called in and asked wesbank to send me the authorisation for that change and they said they would get back to me. I also sent several emails and called in but to no avail no changes when done to fix my account and then their collections team called me a guy named Mpho who was so rude in an email which I still have. I explained that I have been a client with a good profile until this occurred but he made it a joke saying ah you a good client that did not pay and charged me about R500 collection fees. Now I still have not received the proof of authorisation for the change of due date and I have written several mails thereafter and called in but no one is prepared to help. I also believe that Wesbank is trying to make additional one from me because my original contract was for R350 000 of which I owe R23000 now and the fees exceed the interest by R350 per month. So after being a loyal client for 6 years at the very end of my contract someone does a change that messes up my profile and sends my account into arrears a d every month I'm being charges am out R500 in fees and no one comes back to me with the millions of email sent. In addition to that one of the agents gave me and incorrect account suspense account to pay in money and then they couldn't find the money. I managed to find the money direct them to the person a month later and then they did not back date the payment to when I paid even though I sent in proof rather I was charged an additional R400 in fees for late payment. Now I don't mind if I had to pay interest but fees for something that I didn't even request makes no sense. Beside all this I told the agents that I have been unemployed for 2 years and Feb was the first time i paid late because i had a baby that monh. Why bother the service is unprofessional and no one has rep**** to my many emails explaining everything. I'm so frustrated and so disappointed in the poor service. I have paid back so much in interest and it seems like they want to get as much out of me at the end when there is barely R200 interest a month. I don't believe what they are doing to me after being a loyal client it means nothing. The people I speak don't help and the emails I have sent no response. I paid money in on a specific date to a suspense acc one of their agents have me and and they dated it a month later robbing me because I must pay interest for a mistake someone else made. I must pay fees because someone made a mistake on the due date and instead of moving it to a month ahead charged me 2 installments in one month. I am forced to take thus further. I am forced to go to the ombudsman. I have made so many calls to Wesbank that I had to stop because it was costing me so much money. So frustrated that I have even become sick over this. Now I must voice my story over a media in order to be helped that's if anyone will even try.....what to do. My first step is to go to the ombudsman after this. Hopefully they can help me.
