Poor service

This is most unprofessional bank you can finance with.I settled my car but debit order is still going through my bank .I am struggling to get my money back .If it was me owing them they will repossess the car.I was told I must wait 72hrs for the money to reflect into their account before requesting for refund that will take another 7 working days or more .What is this really???? I have other debit orders that need to go through
