Toyota innovation group cancelled my extended car warranty on a fairly new vehicle (Toyota Starlet) without my knowledge or permission, after I requested that they rectify my names that they captured incorrectly, and I'm paying for the policy. I have tried to get my policy reinstated but I've been sent from pillar to post,they even told me to contact wesbank of which they said they will activate the Engine room to call me to open a new policy that I again will pay while stil paying the one that was cancelled by their innovation consultants without my knowledge, why the hell will I cancel my Car warranty who in their right mind does that!
