Pathetic service l, ve been communicating with them since 2017 regarding claim to date no clue. Yesterday on 13 November 2020 asked to phone but person dealing with the issue has never did his homework, he asked me to hold for 15 minutes and never came back to me till now and I don't know why he asked me to phone with no clue of the claim.
