Paper work delivery

Also had problem with delivery of Natis documents. Requested it to be send to Courier locker in town (only one locker system for this courier in town) TFS cannot find it. So I send email with screen shot of courier website with adress of locker system. TFS still cannot find it. So they request I type the adress. So I did and still they cannot find it. So I ask that they send it to any of the dsv courier locker system in upington, knowing their is only one. Week later they have not send it because they cannot find DSV Locker in Upington. So I provide them with Plot adress and a week later the courier service call and ask if I can collect parcell as the gravel road to plot is not nice.
