Non delivery on Balloon Payment Agreement
In March '15 I entered into agreement with Toyota Financial Services (TFS) for the refinancing of the balloon payment on my vehicle. After a phone call with one Refiloe Lebeloane I received a list of requested documents via email. I sent back all required documents after which I received confirmation of acceptance and had to agree to the monthly payment to be deducted from my account.
A couple weeks after this I received another phone call from a different person at TFS asking me how I would like to settle the balloon payment. I told this person that I had already entered into a refinance agreement and quoted R. Lebeloane as the person who helped me with it. This was the last contact from TFS.

Yesterday, I was going through bank statements and found that no such repayment has yet been enforced, and that instead I am being charged interest on the balloon amount monthly, which is simply being added onto the initial amount. Nothing has been deducted as per agreement.

What I would like is for a competent person to investigate the matter and send me a report of what went wrong, when the repayment will commence, and how soon the erroneous interest on that amount will be refunded.
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and affording us an opportunity to intervene.
As a service driven organisation, Toyota Financial Service goes to great lengths to render unsurpassed service excellence to all our valued customers with every interaction. It is therefore extremely disappointing when we fall short of this goal, for which we humbly apologise.
We have reversed all the penalty interest that had accrued as a gesture of goodwill in lieu of disservice observed herein before proceeding with the refinance application.
We trust that this is in order and assure you of our best intentions at all times.

Toyota Financial Service
