No Communication channels operational/no service

hopefully writing a review will actually place me in contact with TFS because the JHB number just goes over to fax and the 086 number is faulty. I requested a over the border letter and copy of natis last week, the vehicle is leaving for mozambique the 8th of April (Friday) I have not received anything I need these documents ASAP
