Never received a statement & Read your contracts

I have never received a statement once from Toyota Financial service, I have not even receive any form of correspondences with regards to the progress on my car repayment etc. I went back to my contract to see if there is a contact number or a email were I can enquire and I found that I did tick receive statement every 2 months. I then thought I have paid for 4 years let me check how much is left, I then notice that I was charged R 122K of which the sales person has quoted me R 105K, <br> <br> I know they would say it is the vat, but I was never told that, I only have a mail from Rene the sales consultant stating the R 105K nothing about VAT, I then read further and notice I was charged R 2,000.00 for service what service I don't know. I then notice that I have a interest rate of 13.5% when the interest rate was 8.5% in 2011. that is 5% above prime, shoo that is ****. <br> <br> I am sure I cannot do anything about it now as it is 4 years in the contract but people please do read your contracts and don't let them excite you with the taking ownership of the new car, you must enjoy it story, focus and read the contract. don't just sign like I did.
