My own bank not assisting me
I have had finance for two vehicles in the past with Tfs and settled both way before the time that the finance was arranged for, my third vehicle I financed through Absa and I missed one installment back in November of 2020 due to unforeseen covid circumstances buy I still settled this loan two years in advanced, but now for missing one installment Tfs is denying my finance but Absa is offering me finance, I don't understand this I have been banking with FNB for over 10 years and they are a part of Wesbank and Tfs and I would like to get assistance from my own bank, can you please assist me? You do have access to my bank account to see how I pay and how much of my debt I paid off the last month or two

So I sorted the issue that was the main issue for me being declined, I got the other bank who indicated I missed 8 payments to change it with the credit bureas, Experian showed it was cleared and my credit score automatically lifted above average, but still TFS declined me, I had two Toyotas Financed with Tfs and paid both off well ahead of the time and never missed one payment or paid late on one but I missed or paid one payment late with another bank and now you don't want to assist me
