POOR SERVICE BY TOYOTA FINANCIAL SERVICES.

I am so disappointed with TFS.I cannot believe that a brand like Toyota would have their name attached to such shoddy service

I have paid my car off approximately 18 months ago ,I have made so many phone calls to their offices, and to the courier service they use called DSV. .I do have a tracking no but not Toyota nor DSV seems to have the Natis documents . I have bought about 8 Toyotas in my lifetime but one thing is for sure, I will never use their Financial Service ever again.YOUR SERVICE STINKS.

O,Nigel Moletsane you are not worth being called a supervisor. You hide behind junoirs instead of resolving my query. You don't even have the decency to report back to me.You are one of those people who are giving this great company a bad name.

No that I have posted this I would probably get a response. Shame on you TOYOTA FINANCIAL SERVICES.
