Misled

I unfortunately purchased a Nuesed vehicle sold as a New one. The vehicle had its Pre delivery inspection in December 2014, I took delivery of the vehicle in July 2015. I was not advised about this by the dealership. I was told that it had a paint protection app****, when i took delivery it did not appear so. My mirrors were scratched when theguy cleaning the car removed the stickers iusing a blade. The windscreen also has a defect as confirmed by PG autoglass. After lies lies and more lies, I am now stuck with a car which NO toyota dealership want to service. I am being told to have the car serviced by the *********** fools who sold me the car. wouldyou go back to people that lie and can not be trusted? Complaint was lodged with MIOSA, but It seems like they were bought off as the process app**** was not transparent tand there was no mediation. when the dealership was approached after the complaint to MIOSA they have refused to carry out the repairs and are being backed by TSA. Is a customer expected to write off their vehicle? f the servicing is not done, the warranty expires. Vehicle is financed by TFS who obviously dont care abot their customers or their finances.

Reviewer Update

No Email came through, I had a conversation with someone from Toyotata Financial Services on 05/08/2016. I was promised a call back after their recommendation, Suffice to say, Nothing has materialised since then.
