<p>FNB, Wesbank, Toyota financial servies or whatever you call yourself now days.</p> <p>I simply can’t understand the logic of your company representatives</p> <p>I apply for vehicle finance at 1 dealership and get offered prime interest rates, unfortunately the vehicle was sold in the interim, Go to another dealership apply for finance for a more expensive vehicle and get offered prime +…. Spoken to your F&I and Marketer who both cannot give a clear explanation as to why…</p> <p>Call the call centres who cannot assist and refer me back to the F&I and marketer.</p> <p>Then do an online application to Wesbank so I can query and be in control of the application… which the dealer can’t use as they don’t have a dealer code to reference the application to…</p> <p>I mean really…. Can fnb’s processes and procedures not be made any more difficult ???</p> <p>Seems FNB has lost the plot of ”HOW CAN WE HELP YOU” seems more like we can’t help you so get lost</p> <p>Neither is customers loyalty valued.</p> <p>I want a better interest rate or i am certainly moving to another banking institution!!!!</p> <p> </p>
