INCORRECT BALANCES & SETTLEMENT AMOUNTS

Toyota financial services sent me a statement on 13 dec 2014 stating the outstanding balance is R120 695, since then i havent received regular statements.<br> Since Dec, another 3 monthly payments were made totalling R16 099 which brings the amount outstanding to R104 596.<br> A month ago i wanted to trade my vehicle and the dealer requested a settlement amount and they confirmed that the settlement is R 110 000?<br> Today, 23 March 2015 i have requested a settlement amount and they now sent me an amount of R116 000 which should actually be in the region of R94 000!<br> I have tried numerous times to contact their call centre which does not exist anyway so now seeing that TOYFIN is not responding i have decided we will put them on the web an see if they get someone to contact me. If you decide to contact me, make very sure it is someone that CAN read and count as i am a forensic investigator / auditor!<br>
