I was never ready for such

I deposited an advance amount in Feb to the value of R95k to my vehicle account.<br> <br> I requested a refund of R25k on Friday the 22nd and was advised that I cannot access this amount as it was Capotalised, I called again later and was advised than I can actually access the money and after getting a lecture from a consultant - she advised that I wait 48 hrs.<br> <br> I called to follow up and spoke to Jayshen/Jayson who seemed to be having a bad day. He advised that Toyfin is not a bank and I cannot be asking for refunds. He then advised that I have to send proof of payment. My question was if the amount was paid in Feb, it should be reflecting on the account then should I still be sending proof. He went off at me saying rules are rules and he cannot change the rules for me.<br> <br> If I did not have to ask for refund I would not be asking for it. The reason for pre-paying was to reduce my amount owing anyway and was of the idea that I can access it if need be. I am in a difficult situation and have requested some of the prepaid funds and I am really not happy with the service. It has unfortunately added to my distress. I will be sending the same email straight to the CEO.
