Helping themselves to my account

<p>I traded my vehicle in the beginning of October, and Toyota Fury had settled the vehicle with Toyota Financial Services. The 1 November 2016 they still debit my account with 9000 odd rand's. I was told it was reversed the same day, 3 days later I still don't have my money, then i was told it will be in on the 4th, it's know the 7th and it's still not in. Due to their negligence I have lost two sales, and there worst part of everything I do not have insurance cover on my houses and cars. as my debit order rejected due to Toyota Financial Services taking money out my account that was not theirs to take. I would not want any of my vehicles going forward to be financed through Toyota Financial Services. My dealing with Toyota Fury was good and they have been trying to help me sort this problem out. They too are not getting any joy out of Toyota Financial Service. </p> <p> </p>
