Double Counting of deposit Amoount of R20,000 TO CONTRACT AMOUNT

The car was purchased with capital amount of 121,883.00 and paid deposit of R 20,000.00 that give the different capital amount of R101,882.83 on the amount a 13% interest or R46,427.09 finance charges was added to principal amount 101,882.83 plus 46,427.09 to add up to contract amount of R148,309.92 as per approved contract.

On the request of detailed statement, I found that the contract was 168,309.92 instead of R148,309.92, that shows that the 20,000 was not deducted from the principal amount of R121,882.83. The have calculated the deposit twice by including R20,000 on the contract amount of R148,309.92 after calculated interest to add up to contract amount of R168,309.92.

When I query the matter, the said that the contract amount is R168,309.92, Hence the amount on the contract specified is R148,309.92.

I therefore request Hello Peter enforce the Toyota finance to refund me R20,000 that was added on my contract amount with interest of 13% for 72 months or 6 years.
