DO NOT USE TOYOTA SERVICE PLAN

I wish I could give Toyota service plan a negative rating. After signing up for my service plan, I called after the 2nd month of being debited, I called to check If i could cancel it, after they explained that after 1 debit, my service plan would be in effect.... I ended up not canceling. After my 3rd month debit went off, I called them to double check if it is in effect and they then told me it was cancelled. They never sent any cancelation documents. Now they want to continue debiting me for a cancelled service plan and want to me to sign up for another one of top of that. Their customer care in order to resolve this issue has been absolutely atrocious.
