Do not sign a debit order with Toyota Financial Services!!!! They catch you like a fish on a hook!

NEVER SIGN A DEBIT ORDER WITH TOYOTA FINANCIAL SERVICES, THAT'S HOW THEY CATCH YOU! I requested toyota financial services to change my debit order to another bank account. they came back with a very long email with a whole lot of documents that they require, all of this just to change a debit order instruction. i rep**** by saying that they must not deduct my money via debit order, i will sending the money via EFT. Whereafter they went ahead and deducted the money from my bank account going against my request! I sent the money back and then they phoned me very rudely demanding money! i told them that as per the correspondence and my instructions we will be paying the money via EFT. They told me this is not allowed!!!!! This is ridiculous and i will be escalating this matter to the highest possible source that i can!
