Debt collectors reposes cars Imagine

I am very disappointed with TOYOTA financial Services. I receive calls from their debt collectors that they are coming to reposes my car because of areas. Since when do debt collector reposes cars? I don’t have any contract with the debt collectors.

The guy by the name of Reshaad Werely from H&H Legal, has a nerve of calling my family that he’s looking for me to come and reposes my car. Why is he humiliating me like ? What about my dignity?
