Çredit balance in account after settlement
The settlement amount which I received from TFS last week was R17K higher than the account balance on the December statement; after paying that settlement amount, I this week received a statement which shows that my account is over paid by R12286; according to TFS I won't be refunded any money; I just want clarity on what's going to happen to this credit balance, or what it is for.
