Covid Relief is non existence in TFS

I app**** for Covid Payment relief in April and I have been harrassed since June each and every month with a statement requesting payment, which I make every month I have not been able to make the payment from March to June as the business was slow at that time however I have started making payments in July and I have been paying my normal installmet and sometimes more if i have, however I have been harrassed by Toyota's debt collection company who call me every month to come and take the car.

The Toyota's covid assist department was just there but you will never get help from those guys, or even worse they will never respond to your emails. Right now I am always panicing thinking this guys might come take the car and if that happens I will not eve be able to continue paying for it as i use the car for Uber.
