Complain

In may I have ask them for settlement amount my balance was R53 000 when i ask them for settlement amount it was 49 129.66 so i have complained to them and the guy told me its because of the areas amount of the 6220 so i said to him i have 40 000 to settle so he said to me its fine i can pay the 40 000 then the balance of 6220 i can pay later over 2 months now when i want to.settle his changing the story that i must pay the full balance now im.asking him why did he lie to me over the fone on the 06 th may because i said he must put it in writing our agreement now its its something else theybare so ridiculous we not working they working they feel nothing for us customers they just ripping us of tryi6to make money thats we dont have on us im si upstet will never use wesbank or toyota finance in my life
